Eric Doerzbach is a professional freelance digital photographer who was born in Salisbury, Maryland, and raised near the beaches of Ocean City, Maryland. Doerzbach has been documenting the Eastern Shore with digital photography for many years. Eric’s passion for digital photography began at an early age. His “eye” he says, is from his watercolorist mother, who is still one of his biggest critics. Eric has traveled coast to coast, from the mountains of Colorado to the keys of Florida in search of that perfect shot.
Doerzbach is a true outdoors person who loves the sun, surf, and nature and his photography shows that love. Eric's photographs can be seen regularly in the local newspapers including Gannett owned "The Daily Times" newspaper in Salisbury, Maryland and "Maryland Beachcomber Magazine." His work recently made the Associated Press wire during the tanker disaster off the Chincoteague coast and was used in several national newspapers. His images have also been featured in the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce annual brochure.
Doerzbach has had art gallery showings at the Beachcomber's Easel in Ocean City, Maryland.
